Heya girls
Do any of you have any tips for gettin rid of head colds?I have a really awful one and have been moaning about it all day!So any ideas would be appreciated!

anytime I have a cold I take 1000g of vitamin C. I really think it helps. Then I buy lempsip max, it has to be max. I have that and then go for a lie donw. Its full or paractimal so normally puts me straight to sleep. I try to sleep with a few cushions so my head is sitting up to so that all the nasty stuff doesnt run to my head

vicks vapo-rub , inhale it and put it under your nose and on your chest

Yeah I forgot to say aswell that vicks is great for clearing your noise and head. I especially like to use the stuff you dump in the basin then put your head over it with a towel over it. Very strong, but very good

I like to bang my head against the wall repeatedly... then I slam my hand in my car door a few times. After that, the cold just seems to disappear.
