Default Scary blog post!

I just did the scariest thing in the dieting blog world. I posted the pictures of how I am now I hate to even look in the mirror and sharing them is difficult. I hope it will capture my progress and I'll be able to look at the, in the future and not feel disgusted and embarrassed because I don't look like that any more I hope to keep you guys up to date with progress pictures every now and then.

Buildthemskywards

Sorry to anyone who isn't interested that I keep clogging up the board with these posts!

Well, Melissa, I can't speak for everyone, but I don't mind you posting about your progress. You should be proud and encouraged! That is quite an accomplishment!

You go girl! I think you are doing good!

You're brave! I'm in the same boat, had a weight problem since I had my first baby at 17, every time I got pregnant a bit more went on till I ended up nearly 17 stone (I'm only 5ft 1). I've done weight watchers on and off all my life but in 2010 I actually got to goal. Lost 7 stone. Trouble is I stopped going and gradually put 3 back on again. I joined again after Christmas and I've lost 7 1/2lbs but boy, is it slow! How are you doing?

I remembered reading about that. Well done! I lost 5 stone in 2010 but put it all back on, never actually got to goal. I started again this time around at the beginning of Jan and I'm 8.4lbs down. We could always PM each other for support if you like?
