Weight Watchers weigh-in
Okay, since there are a handful of us doing weight-watchers I figured we should start a thread where we discuss if its working, what food items we find works best, and all importantly...how much weight we lose a week.
You dont have to post your actual weight if you dont want to...you can just post your weight loss goal and then every week at your weigh-in put how much weight you loss
My weigh-in isnt until Friday, but my weigh-loss goal is 20-25lbs
I weighed myself today and I have dropped from 147 to 145. We will see what that number looks like on Friday
