I know I haven't been here a lot due to a new job and I just recently move to a new house. I have started noticing Luna scratching the left side if her cheek a lot. I didn't immediately see anything until a few days ago when I notice that she was losing her hair and had a red rash. I took her to the vet and he recommend i giver her Benadryl for the itchiness. The Benadryl did not help so I took her back to the vet and they prescribe me Resortin Skin Ointment. I have to apply it to the affected area 2 times a day. I had to put her the cone of shame because the ointment was making her scratch more often than before. Is there anything else I can do to help? Or do you have any idea what it might be? The vet suggested a skin scrape in another week if the ointment did not work.

Mommy told me that a lot of my chi friends do not like to brush their teeth. So today when I was brushing my teeth Mommy took a video so that I could show my friends how much fun it is. I love brushing my teethers and the toothpaste tastes like chicken...mmmm yummmy! I worked really hard today to make my teeth white but Mommy says that I am going to need a new toothbrush soon because I get so excited about the yummy taste.

I have gotten so good at brushing my teeth that after Mommy makes sure I get all the yucky stuff off of my teeth I can hold the toothbrush on my own and even switch between the big end and the small end.

I just wanted to share with my chi friends that tooth brushing is yummy and fun!

I've been battling with a cheap nylon harness that wouldn't stay at the set size and kept loosening while trying to figure out what type of "good" harness to get. I have been packing away toys that Gabe is getting too old for and found another box with more of Venus's clothing and toys in his bedroom closet from when we moved here over a year ago :rolleyes: I found her old puppy harness inside! I really loved this harness, and it's super adjustable, it actually still fits her! Anyway, I put it on Ocean and she seems to like this one a lot better than the other one I've been using with her. The manager is mowing our townhome property today, so I didn't want Ocean out without a leash, so I gave it another shot. I have been letting her run a little during the day when not many others are home. I walked around a bit with her and Venus and on our way back to the door after Venus went, Ocean stopped to pee, then took a few more steps and pooped! I'm so happy! She's only pottied on a leash twice before, and I had to take her for an hour long walk first...
