Actually they are giving a lot of athority to the HSUS now days and they are getting away with it. Not to long ago they went into a persons home that doesnt even breed much, just has a pet breeding every so often, they do not have a lot of breeder's or anything and they took their dogs and had them spayed and neutered before the people could even get a lawyer to get them back. They got away with it to. They are taking pet owners rights away and are getting sneakier and braver in the bills and the way they go about things
