tattoo! question! @.@
so my bf surprised me today on the phone saying that we were gonna go get a tattoo tonight...i was like really?...are u serious? and he was dead serious...but the strange part is that he wants to get it on our left palms
(btw: for all my fb friends dont mention this on my fb pls, makin it a surprise after its done)
what he wants to do is sumthin so cute and silly...haha! i dont think anyone has done this before. but it will be a couple tattoo (i know ppl has couple tats before but the design is unique), a small one though as i dont want it to be too noticeable for my non-understanding parents to see or off with my head they will do!. will post up pics tonight if this is successful.
so the question is:
have any of you guys ever had a tattoo done on your palms?...he said since there's a lot of nerves that it's gonna hurt a lot. will it? i know for sure he loves me so much...as he HATES needles but i dont mind them haha!

pidge dont get it on your palm, my artist wont tattoo hands or fingers, it will fade, dont let anyone tell you different, our hands are in water all the time we use lotions ect ect, iv seen one on a finger, looks great for about 6 months, now its just a smudge, i cant comment on the pain as i have a very high threshold for tattoos, everyone is different, just rethink where you want it, its for life

What about on the inside of ur wrist? That looks quite nice. I have a few tats and they weren't that bad, it hurts a bit, like a deep cat scratch or something but doesn't continue to hurt when the needle comes out. That was my experience. My worse one was on my belly round my belly button, that hurt a bit!

Haha Go Pidge!
Wrist tattoos look nice. Im not planning on it ... but if i ever get one it will be on the top of my thigh so i can cover it or show it i.e. at the beach etc. Sounds wierd but sounds good placement to me! Pretty easy to cover over! Good Luck! Cant wait for photos on what you decide!

Pidge.. inner wrist, palm as others mentioned is not a great place. You can do it on the upper part of the hand to the inside of the wrist along where your thumb meets the wrist as well.
I remember reading an article where Khloe Kardashain and her husband got matching tats in the fold of skin between the thumb and finger. Would have to be very small however, but would be discreet.

The top or side of the foot is a good place too. Looks nice with sandals but you can cover it up if you need to.
