I really want to try Quinoa too. I have never seen it in the store before though. I read in my bird talk magazine that it would be great for my parrots. I'm sure they'd love it too as they like all kinds of pasta and rice.
Our Walmart carries it, they have kind of a 'health' section in the flours, we buy it at a health food store as it's cheaper there.

my parrot and cockatiels love spagetti too i had a big salad with chicken in it. i've been trying to eat more healthy lately , trying to take off a few pounds, so eating alot of salad with fish or chicken
