Yeah, they are in chow mein. Yummy stuff!!! The bean sprouts were just plain other than some slivered onion. Might have some of the other stuff mixed in here and there cause I just put it in a bowl together. I can't take credit for making it, it's a chef *** specialty. my daughter works for him, so she's always bringing home goodies.
I like them raw soaked in vinegar & garlic.

I love them too...but tend to use them in cooking rather then raw ...

just a FYI...Mung beans ( bean sprouts ) have often been linked to outbreaks of E Coli and Salmonella

Yeah, I cook them mostly too. : ) Stir frying them is awesome!!!

Scary stuff on the E coli and Salmonella. So far I've never had any problems, and I've eaten them for years, regularly. Hope I never get those things. Eeek!
