Default What's for dinner ?

( People dinner that is )

I just realized I have nothing thawed and have to run to the store in
order to make dinner tonight, and now I can't think of anything to make
that I haven't cooked lately.

What are you making for dinner tonight ??!?!?

Why not make taco salad? Buy a couple of bags of tortilla chips. Some ground beef, and some McCormick (sp?) taco seasoning packets. Get some lettuce, tomato, shredded mild cheddar, and some sour cream. What you do is you brown the ground beef with the taco seasoning and just pile it over a bed of tortilla chips. put some shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded cheese over it and add a spoonful of sour cream on top. It is to die for, it's easy and quick. Your family will love it! If they eat meat of course.

Sky - Taco Salad sounds yummy!

No pressure cooker, but I make roasts in my croc pot...I'm guessing that
is about the same ??

I would LOVE to eat Salmon tonight, but my boy crew does not
like Salmon. They are pickey eaters.

My grocery store had steak on sale....so steak it is!

( I got a really big one just so I could cut off a portion for Mimi,
she'll be having steak tomorrow! )

A great investment a good presser cooker, fast quick good meals in less than an hour. I use mine at least 1 a week, some times more. Makes tough cuts of meat so tender it falls apart. Plus keep all vitamins in the food.
