Hey this is fun!
Hi my name is Jean, though I've been "Pastel" online as long as I can remember. I'm turning 26 this year! Wow years blend in after your 19th birthday!
I'm married to the man of my dreams for 3 years, although it was more a formality. We knew we were going to spend the rest of our lives together, married or not.
I'm mother to a colicky, attention hog, and now teething 3 and a half month old son, Elias (it can only get better) and a super sweet but still not accident free 6 and a half month chi, Nike. It's pretty sweet that they were born exactly 3 months apart, July 18th and Oct 18th
I've always been a dog person and my husband's always been a cat person. Well after having 2 cats, my allergies almost killed me (sad story on the cats, but they lived with my inlaws with a nice big yard and lots of cat friends for the last days of their lives), we decided to get a dog. My husband now adores Nike and is almost letting me get away with everything (including getting a buddy for her). He's still super picky about our next Chi though. Hasto be under 5 lbs, preferably long coat, non-barker,chewer, social (meaning I probably have to get them from puppy or already well socialized *sigh*), good looking, under 2 years old, and within 30 mins driving distance to pick him/her up. Anyone know a chi that fits that description?
Part of the reason I had to get married was the US bureaucracy as I'm canadian. Then I found out I needed to give the government $2k to "legalize" my residency, but failed the first time because my husband didn't make enough to sponsor me. The gov just took our 2k and said have a nice day! Oh, and please return to Canada.
Well, I refused! US law is very confusing. Apparently I was here illegally legally.. *just another way to say ur not bothering us, so we'll leave u alone*
I'm just about to put in a new application as soon as my co-sponsor gets his w2

and another $1k to US immigration (those thieves!)
I'm a stay at home mom as I need a social security card to work. I can't wait to start working, even part time! I'm no good at home
My husband got a job recently that would let me stay at home if I wanted, but I've decided I'd still like to do some kind of jobs (or at least volunteer). I don't know how you stay at home people do it! I feel like I'm in prison for the last 3 years.
I like to game, design websites, edit photos and graphics, build computers, fix computers.... ok let's just say it I'm a geek. I'll help anyone with computer issues or setting stuff up for free, just send me a PM anytime.
wow, I think I take the cake on the longest reply!
