Smile ~Computer geeks, I need your help!~

Please my friends, if you know how to fix this, let me know...

All of a sudden the videos that I make appear as only sound, no picture.
I thought it was because of the missing codecs, downloaded some, still
have the problem. Anything else I can do? I really want to share Bella &
Chanel play time, lol, they are too funny.

Thanks so much for your help!

I have some questions to help fix it LS.

First of all when you say it isn't playing anything but sound what are you using to play it on your PC?

It sounds like you just don't have Flash installed or it needs updated but depending on how the video was made and what you are using to play it could be something else.

The first thing I would try would be to make sure you have Flash installed.

Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player

Let me know if that doesn't work.

Amy, it's happening to all of my videos. Basically any video that I transfer
from my camera to the laptop. Yet on the camera it works just fine.

LS do you know what file extension the video is?

If you right click on the video icon in the file it is in on your computer and do properties on the General tab it will say "type of file" and at the end it has the extension can you tell me what that says?
