I hear that catfish is good. I wanted to watch that.
I'm not a big fan of reality tv. I love Big Bang Theory but I'm a season behind

Wow 4 pages and all of great shows!!! I also love Dexter, Big Bang Theory, and even Law & Order (my fave is Criminal Intent, they are so intense and well thought out.) I am behind on most of them, though! Some of the shows you guys mentioned I've never heard of but will have to try getting into this winter when things slow down a bit here.

FWIW Chocolate can still apply, I mean what better way to watch all these guilty pleasure shows than with good guilty pleasure food haha.

Regarding Breaking Amish, did anyone watch the Finale last night?? I thought the host was a huge intact female dog, the way she was interrogating Abe and Rebecca and clearly not taking their requests to lay off seriously. That couple is my favorite byfar; I have a huge "double date crush" on them and would love to have them over for dinner one night haha.

I watched it!

I kind of took the opposite view of you. I can understand their desire for privacy, but I feel that by signing up for the show they opened themselves up to questions. I agree that the host pushed it a lot, but then again it was a valid question that should be addressed, just like Jeremiah had to address his past indiscretions, Kate had to address the DUI, and Sabrina had to address her previous marriage.

Haven't watched the last Breaking Amish yet... but I hate to say that I've seen the rest. Haha.

I actually don't have cable at all, but am able to find everything online. My other guilty pleasures are Young & the Restless, 19 Kids and Counting, Vampire Diaries and Keeping up with the Kardashians. Oh... and Teen Mom 2.

Shows that I love to watch but I don't feel guilty about are Big Bang Theory, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, The Walking Dead, True Blood, Breaking Bad, Downton Abbey and Up All Night. I'm also hooked on home shows like Holmes on Homes and House Hunters, Property Virgins, etc.

My faves by far are Mad Men, The Walking Dead and Downton Abbey. So good. To the people that mentioned Six Feet Under. I LOVE that show!! It's definitely a dark show, but so so good.

That is true! I just think it's very unfortunate that as they said, because of the show, many of their families have to suffer to some extent. Poor Abe's mom, just for trying to bring him back, she was shunned for 2 months. I think that's the hardest part really, when dealing with 2 very different cultures and viewpoints on privacy, it would be harder for them to even know what to expect out of a television show; when it's something so taboo to them in the first place.

I believe that it is a British TV show about "Sherlock Holmes." It's very popular, especially in Europe and was broadcast on PBS here. I've heard that it is darker than Elementary, for sure. It depicts the stories written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in modern settings, unlike Elementary which is a new concept for Sherlock.
