Personal shopping is so fun, I love it! Now? I don´t do much, mainly I study german and frequently work for some of my old clients in Milan (PS) so I have to travel back and forth although now that I have the puppies can't do that anymore.
I have been studying political science and economy as I pretty much have to change career if I wanna do something with my life. But I am not sure what I wanna do just yet.

I work as a receptionist at a vet clinic, and I am also in my third year of college. I will graduate with a degree in Biology, and I will apply to veterinary school after that

Ach I know those brick walls are so frustrating - have you tried going at it other ways, such as tracing brothers/sisters/ cousins etc - often you will find that gem buried within another relative's history. There's nothing like that Bingo moment when you find something that you have been searching for years.

I have trawled through so many documents trying to prove an ancestor was the son of someone - all I need is xxx left such and such to his son xxx or whatever - just one line! I'm almost tempted to fill it in somewhere - I know it's got to be true but need the proof - so frustrating

That's sounds so awesome. I love looking up family history. Hopefully one day I will have the resources to travel to England and Hungary to see where my family comes from.

My family members are all gone...... I have one Uncle and he refuses to speak about the past..... my family never spoke much about the past.... so its been REAL frustrating

yes, nothing like it..... I found the ship's manifest when my Grandmother came over to America from Sweden... I *assumed* everyone entered the country thru Ellis Island but she entered at Boston, MA... and also found a picture of the ship....... little 'tidbits' mean alot!

Isn't geneology fascinating? For the 100th anniversary of my father's side of the family coming to America from Belgium, one of my cousins researched our family history all the way back to the 1600s! Turns out we're descended from Belgian nobility. You all may henceforth refer to me as Lady Deana.
