Twiglet - my husband named her after another pup that was there when we went to see her we mainly call her Twig now

Bentley - all his litter were names after cars and it was one of the two names we'd picked before we went to see him

Ruby - was named when we got her didn't really feel like we could change it as she was just over a year old and suited her so much

Saffie - short for Sapphire (from her KC name Teclo Sapphire Sky) as her mum is Ruby

Ollie - Just thought it suited him, his KC name is Teclo Obsidian Sky so wanted a pet name with an O and couldnt get anything we liked to fit in with the gemstone theme for his pet name

I has all the usual Mexican boys names lined up and was pretty set on Chico. The breeder named Rolo, I asked her where she got her names and she just said off the Internet. I was going to change it but it just really suited him. Plus chocolate is my bestest favouritest thing in the whole world!

Stella is the name she came with, and it seemed to suit her and she answered to it, so it stayed. I've always liked that name (though my bf and his boys wanted to change it).

Aww, Romeo was originally called Romeo, then his second home named him Domino.
When I adopted him, I just knew right away that Romeo was the perfect name for him. When you stroke him he sits back and gives you 'bedroom eyes' haha, he's very vain and dainty, it just suits him xx

Honey is called Honey mainly because of her colourings, she is the most beautiful fawn colour. And of course, she is sweet like Honey (sometimes!) x

Jaxx (Jaxxson)- we had a lot of debate in our home for the first couple of weeks we had Jaxx and it was just "puppy" when we wanted something from him at first because we couldn't agree on a name.
Hubby wanted to call him Bubba. I absolutely did not like the name Bubba so we kept debating. I can't even remember all the names we tried and debated now but there was A LOT of them.
One day I came up with the name Jackson but I thought that it was too common for such a special little guy. So I decided to change the name a little bit. I came up with Jaxxson. Jaxx seemed to just fit but that didn't mean hubby gave up on some names. He came up with the name Tow Mater from the movies cars which honestly I thought was cute to call him Mater would actually be cute but I was stuck on Jaxx. Hubby even tried Bubba Mater and still tries to call him Bubba Mater sometimes and Jaxx just looks at him like he is crazy.
I found out months later that hubby actually agreed with Jaxx because of Jax in his favorite show Sons of Anarchy and I didn't even know it. I had forgot that there was a character in SOA named Jaxx. I guess I would have remembered if we got him during Sons of Anarchy season.

My hubby named her Star after our German Shepard that we had years ago that he loved a lot and was one of his first dog. Some reason he love that name too cuz he tried to name our pug that.

Before we brought Odie home and had only seen photos of her, we called her Eyebrows. Before we met her, I really liked the name Odie but my husband thought it was too boyish. When we met her, we both knew she was just a little Odie. I was looking for longer names which could be shortened to Odie and came across Odessa, Ukraine. I knew my husband would love it. His Dad was adopted by a Ukrainian man and my maiden name is Polish so we have a nice Eastern European theme going on. Haha
