Stomach bug/flu does feel like food poisoning, but since there is so much of the stomach flu going around, I would tend to believe it would be that unless you know for sure you aint tainted food.
Oh my gosh. We have had the same symptoms here. I think it was the flu because my mom got it too.
I had one day of vomiting and diarhrea of #2 (at the same time as vomiting). not a pretty sight. My stomach hurted a lot and my head was hot. I slept all day on Thursday and still wasn't better the next day 100%.

Our house is having the same thing this week. Yesterday was my hubby's turn. Now he's fine and today I been having stomach pains...I been having symtoms for the past few days while everyone in my family got it over with in 48 hrs
went to urgent care they said it was the stomach flu along with a cold cause i am also coughing,sore throat.the wait to eat something seemed forever i was so hungry i could eat a horse.they prescribed me some immodium and nause and vomiting medicine they said to take as needed but a don't want to wait to puk so i am taking it before eating.
