Okay, i saw the trailor for tonight's episode last week where Meridith was extremely upset about having another miscarriage...

however when i watched tonight's episode there was nothing about the miscarriage unless i missed it in the first 7 minutes of the show....

anybody??? i am very confused

I love Grey's Anatomy! Haven't watched this week's episode yet nor did I see the scene you are talking of. But I have a feeling the writers will eventually have her miscarry..
