I love to bake. I am a mediocre cook but I am a very good baker. I hope that doesn't sound boastful. The holidays are a wonderful time for baking up treats because there us always someone around to eat them up.

That doesn't sound boastful at all. I love to bake. I think I prefer baking over cooking because cooking is a daily chore and baking is special occasions.

I love baking at the holiday season. I always make fudge, cookies (I always make Lemon Crackers for hubby's dad) and hot rolls and hubby has added that he wants some pepperoni rolls for Christmas too because he didn't get any last night at the party.

Hubby's boss has told him this morning that there was a lot of great food at the party last night but my pepperoni rolls were the star of the show. He announced last night in front of everyone how great they were too made me feel really good.
