That video is a hoax produced by some school in Montreal.

I can never get over how massive goldens are!!! Absolutely adore birds of prey though, don't think I've seen a golden eagle before ( at least not alive, was stuffed) but saw the balden eagles in canada in the wild when I was younger, was memorized such beautiful creatures ♥ ♥

My Aunt called me earlier and told me that they had put on the video now that it was a hoax, I was a believer myself, it was so realistic! LOL!
