Well the baking is over! Except for caramel-pecan rolls for Christmas morning.

I enjoy baking the cookies, so it doesn't seem like "work." My grandmother used to bake them. Most of them are her recipes: egg biscuits, almond slices, fruit slices, butter balls, cherry winks - with a few of my own additions.

Then on Christmas day, I will cook sauerbraten and take it to my son's house and we will all have Christmas dinner together.

hmmm....u said the samethin twice.. @_@ did u try emptyin out the cookies and cache on ur browser? yummmm cookies LOL! the irony hahaha! that all sounds lovely minus the ad
