i'm defintitley losing weight in 2013. At least another 25 pounds, but maybe even more

. i recently found ( a few months ago ) , i was diabetic. since my diagnosis i've lost around 30 pounds. i had a 3 month check up and my doc did some bloodwork and was very please with my results.
i have cut way down on sugar and carbs. So, my resolution is to continue what i've been doing and lose more weight in 2013.
** and for anyone out there trying to lose weight, i have found that sugar and carbs is so addicting. once you give them up , you dont crave them like you do when your eating them. when youre eating them you want more and more. well, i dont know if thats how it is for everyone but thats how it was for me
