my resolutions are:
Drink at least 4 glasses of water a day (for me that's a huge one, I almost never drink anything)
Go tennis with hubby once a month
Exercise my legs and arms 3 times a week
Maintain my weight
Cut on sugar

Happy New Year's everyone
I wish will power for all of us!

The 2 most things I need to do is walk the dogs more and loose weight! Will be 5 years in Feb that we moved from NJ to FL and I have gained weight more each year. My Pug needs to slim down also, Ike just needs to burn some energy. So we shall all walk more!

I absolutely refuse to mention that perennial resolution to lose weight. We did resolve to mix Nutro Lite in with his standard Small Breed formula 50/50, in an effort to make a modest adjustment to Simcha's weight. As best we can measure, he is about 13.5 pounds. As we have noted here before, his genetic testing is 100% Chihuahua, but we strongly suspect that his heritage includes undetected Backyard Fence Jumper.

Let me remind all that 2018 is the Year of the Dog in the Chinese horoscope. We have 5 years to arrange a special celebration and dedication for that one.

LS hope you feel better lady. We were the center of our social group, had big dinners every week, and parties all the time before I got sick. I have a different life now. Even going to the mall is exhausting, but at least I can after a year of being too sick. I would just get too tired and full of pain. I don't want my old life back, but I think I could push to get out more too. I know my friends miss me, and I miss them. My resolution is to get out more, work more(after this baby!), let the friendships that I lost when I got sick go, forgive, leave the past behind, and move forward. It's a whole new year!
