~New Year's Resolution~
Hey friends,
Merry Christmas to you all. I hope everyone had a nice time off.
I'm curious to hear what your personal goals or projects are for the new year.
Please share your New Year's Resolution here.
Mine is quite simple, I wish to make a bigger effort to enjoy life, basically just
get out more, do more. I try to daily, but at times am to weak to push through
the physical pain. I want to try harder this year, because life is flying by and I
don't want to miss out on the simple things I love & cherish, such as walks with
the pups, hubby and nature.

My goal this year is to grow the business I run in my spare time, enough to enable me to leave my current job. This would mean I can work from home and spend more time with Max and the hubby. I agree that life is going way too fast, and it's going faster and faster as I get older! I hate the fact that I wish my time away when I'm in work so fingers crossed it won't be for too much longer. I'm not sure if I can achieve my goal this year but I'm going to give it my all
I really hope that you get to achieve your goals this year LS and that you and your family are blessed with health and happiness!

We have the same resolution! Building my business is one, as well as staying active.

This is a great idea for a thread, LS! In this coming new year, I would like to learn to live in the moment more, to take time to stop...look around...truly look...be more present in the daily moments of life...and by doing so, cultivate a mindset ("heartset" really, but I don't think that's actually a word) more focused on gratitude for my many blessings.

Ahh cool! Staying active is part of my goal too, I really want to join the gym but at the moment I just don't have the time
Good luck with your business!!

Mine is to lose some weight again. I lost 7 stone over 18 months and got to my goal weight in 2010 but then got cocky and stopped going to my slimming group and I've put 3 stone back on gradually. I've decided to get it back off this year, perhaps not the whole 3 stones as I couldn't stay at my goal weight and wasn't eating very much but would love to do 2. I was so happy when I got there, I've been seriously over weight for over 20 years. I have 4 children and got bigger with each one. I want to be that happy with myself again!

I am going to try to not be so cynical. I want to be a more optimistic person. I guess in summary-be happier and more likeable
oh ya, and lose weight too that's my resolution every year lol
