When I contacted posh puppy boutique because they overcharged me for shipping, I got the same kind of response. They told me to read the fine print on the groupon I purchased, as if I hadn't done that already. Even after I told them that I had, they emailed me a section of it, which explained nothing and the language used in their email was rude. I kept emailing and I think eventually a different person read it, because I got the right price in the end.
Keep emailing! Eventually they might get fed up and pass you along to someone else who can make decisions about returns, etc.

If they do eventually let you exchange it, I suggest Ocelot. I have Ocelot and
Snow Leopard, they are the same quality, just different pattern & color.

the only thing i see different between the chinchilla and the snow leopard one is that the snow leopard one had this option on it "Snow Leopard pattern, white with black rosettes. The mats are available with faux fur on both sides, or with faux fur on one and faux fleece on the other side. Trundles are double sided snow leopard faux fur." which one did u pick from that option?

We have a Chinchilla Tiger dreams cuddle bag? I think this may different from yours.. weve had it 2 years now maybe 3 and honestly I'm not impressed.
My dogs don't really use it, one hates burrowy type beds and the other sleeps at my head on my pillow, so it gets no real use, it's been washed a handful of times and I found the faux fur got all scraggly and it even had some stitching come apart on one of the seams, thankfully I sew so this is not an issue but still!
