Unrelated, but if you can find a used fur coat at a thrift store, you can make lovely dog beds from the real recycled fur, and they stay much cleaner!.
I have a Mink jacket I never wear & I've been meaning to do this! repurposes something that is mostly unethical and gives it back to a little someone with fur!
I'm not 100% sure how things work in the US but here in the UK if you buy something online you are covered by distance selling regulations which mean that you are within your rights to return an item within a certain amount of time. Here you get at least 7 working days from when you receive an item to notify the seller that you want to return it. The seller also has to refund any shipping charges that you paid them but not everyone seems to be aware of this and I have found a lot of sellers try to get away with not doing so! Like I said I'm not sure how it works in the US but it could be worth checking as you may be able to report them if they're not adhering to the dsr's. Hope you manage to get it sorted!!

I second this, we also get credit card cover if used for the purchase. Seems unfair they won't sort it out. If it was bought in a shop you can take it back for a full refund, does it make a difference for online? Mean customer services. Hope you get it sorted
Well no new email yet. I went to a pet store by our house that I remembered them selling the flat beds and they had one Ocelot trundle so got it. I told the owner what had happened with my order and she was mad also. She's meeting with the Rep next week and will tell them what happened. So we will see what happens.
Thats awful. We got the Clouded Leopard Trundle over here for Christmas, and it is very thick and luxurious... It isn't as soft as I expected it to be (it feels like any other fake fur, really) but it fits the purpose. The other fur type on my list was the Chinchilla, so I am glad hubby chose the Clouded Leopard.
You know, if they want to keep customers they better get smart. Plus, you should let them know that you are spreading the word to HUNDREDS of other Chi owners who are potential customers. Word of mouth makes or breaks a business.
