UPDATE...
I just heard from the Pet Store and she talked to her Rep. The actual Tiger Dreamz company doesn't sell to the public so I've been dealing with a distributor. Anyway the Rep talked to the owner of Tiger Dreamz and she will with no problem exchange the bed for me. I'm quite satisfied now!

The distributor I ordered from was Happy Paws so order with caution!!

I ordered 2 one from amazon and one from favorite pet supplies they were both of poor quality, I thought. Not as plush as my original one.
