Default Anyone have Leather couch or chair

I am wondering how they will hold up with the dogs. I ordered a new leather couch, first one ever and hoping with 2 dogs, one being a puppy, that I didn't make a mistake.

Evelyn, I have a small two seat leather couch, and a chair. I purposely bought
them with the dogs in mind, after years and years of fabric. Leather is SO much
easier to clean, just wipe and voila! I also put throws on my couch to help
protect it, and wash those twice per week. I keep the pups' nails very short too,
and since they walk a lot on cement their nails are soft and don't leave marks on
the couch at all.

Leather for all the above reasons, I personally wouldn't have fabric with two dogs.

When I had 3 dogs at once, (years ago) I switched to leather! Love it! It has some scratches, etc, but I don't mind, it's so much easier than fabric!

Do you have any cats? I just wanted to add that I'm not sure why but our cats LOVE to destroy leather. We lived somewhere that had a leather computer chair and when we were home we could control the scratching but when we were gone, those brats had a cat scratch party.
