So, my embarrassing TV addiction is Say Yes to the Dress on TLC. I love it! For those of you that don't know, it is a reality show at a bridal salon that showcases different brides picking their wedding dresses. It's very interesting- I like it so much that I record it on Fridays if I go out so I can watch the new episodes.
Well, I happen to be home tonight writing my trial brief due Monday and turned the TV on. On this episode of Say Yes... they featured a chihuahua wedding!
Piper, a Black and Tan chi, was marrying Boo, a chubby little tan boy. Apparently they are best friends and their moms decided to do the wedding for a big animal rescue in New York.
Well, Piper got a custom made wedding dress! This is Kleinfeld's Bridal we are talking about- a famous bridal salon. I can only imagine how much the dress cost. Obviously it was completely custom built and designed for Piper. It had a custom veil and a garter necklace. Her soon to be hubby dog approved. Here's the pic. The vows were hysterical. Things like "do you promise to be there in the good times, like when you have new bones, and bad times, like during baths..." And other funny lines too.
