I do hope your family is okay. They had the high tides to worry about. At least I don't have that problem. My son lives in Mattapoisett and he lost electricity at around five o'clock last night. He was running on generator power!

Yikes. My Mom is working today. She techs and does kennel work at a vet clinic so she pretty much had to since someone has to care for the boarding animals. I hope she's being safe on those roads.

its just amazing that we havent lost our power . we usually always lose power during bad storms. i watched the weather on the new and they said only 2 houses in the whole city of Worcester have lost power. they said the snow fall total ( that was around an hour or so ago, was 27 1/2 inches so far. its still snowing and very windy ) . My yorkie does not use a pee pad. the chihuahuas are happy to use the pee pads. So, i cleared some snow off the deck for her. usually i just push the snow off the deck with a shovel, but the snow was almost as high as the deck. i also used the snowblower to make her a path. she's such a good girl and was very happy to go out to go potty .

For me, it's not hard to imagine how much! We didn't get that much, but wow! I tried to shovel the deck some, but it's so much work! Hubby used the snowblower for making a path for Susie. I put Angels leash on him and walked him to the pee pad in our bathroom. Hahaha. For some reason he was reluctant to pee on it! So I put the leash on him. Lol

They just gave more snow totals. Here in Norwood, we got 25 inches!
Hubby will finish digging out tomorrow. He spent most of his time today helping neighbors.
