i'm doing really good on my new low carb diet. i got motivated right after a doctors appointment just recently, when i found out i was diabetic. it was a shock , so , i have cut out all the sugary things and i usually only eat really heathy carbs . i think i've lost around 40 pounds so far. i know i want to lose another 40 at least.
i eat alot of fruit to satisfy my sweet cravings . that has sugar too but its alot more healthy than the junk i was eating, like candy, cake, ...
she did a bloodtest around 3 months after i first got diagnosed, and she was so pleased with my results. she thinks i can become non diabetic , if i keep up the way i'm going.
so i may treat myself to some more malt loaf eventually
