Why is it whenever you get. . .angry, upset, whatever, with hubby or BF, if you give them the silent treatment, they act all nice! I haven't been too happy with hubby lately, just giving short answers to questions, not engaging in conversation, and he turns all nice!! Now if I get nice back. . .it's all over, the real niceness that is! He's never really, not nice, but he gets more attentive, aska if I want anything, takes the dogs out without asking, clean off the counters after supper. That kind of stuff!

I guess it just doesn't pay to be too nice all the time! Hehehe.

Well, at least yours do that. Mine is too stubborn when we get into fights and we both have slient treatments to each other.

Sorry you're going through that, maybe just try talking to him instead of giving him the silent treatment? there might be something underlying that is causing the issues.

I think being nice to each other is the best policy and does pay in the long run, communication is good!

Haha! Funny thread!! My hubby & I very rarely get mad at each other, but when he makes me made, I do give him the silent treatment. You can tell he don't like it. He walks around the house with his tail between his legs & is afraid to say anything. He waits til the next day to test me to see if I'm still mad like asking me a simple question. It's hard for me to stay mad at him. Some men are like little kids!! Lol Gotta love em!
