Default Great Dog Carriers!

I think it's hard to find a high quality carrier that looks like a purse so I can tote my dog around town. Here's a great site:

http://www.lucyslux.com/

I'm impressed with their customer service. My inquiry emails were answered in 15 minutes........I expected it would take days like most online sellers!

Do you have a dog yet? I have a ton of cute designer clothes for a small puppy. My baby grew out of them! If they can be of use I will send them to you free! I have a jacket, two argyle vests and some decorative collars.

http://www.doggiecarriers.com/popup_...201&cPath=2_13Here's an amazing deal. I emailed the owner of Lucy's Lux to ask about a few bags I liked. She has 2 of these in green for $99 (plus shipping). They are soooo pretty and the leather is amazing. Email (customerservice@lucyslux.com) and mention you are looking for the green bag. She (Jamie) responds super fast to her email!

Thanks so much for the offer but I dont have my puupy yet. I have 2 boxers that I'm afraid wouldn't get along with a new dog so I'm really draging my feet. But the more I see people on here having big dogs along with there chis is giving me more confidents. But I still may be a while.
I'm a push over for a leather bag and these are soooooo nice

did you ever get any of their leather bags? i am most interested in the Lucy or Molly...if you got it, how did it hold up? and how soft is the leather? can you find anything of similar quality-- for cheaper--- or is it really worth the price?

I have the Mollie. The leather (patent) is so lovely. The bag is honestly much nicer in person than on the website. Email the owner and ask if she has any still in stock and if she can give you a discount (tell her you know Melissa on your Chi forum). You should be able to get the bag in the $340 range........they are on sale through some of the official merchants and I know if you buy direct it's cheaper.

I also just ordered the Marcie (pre-order).

Personally, I have a few of the high end carriers. I bought a Petote Metro back last Spring and a few of the Kwigy Bo bags (Alex, Charlie). I also have a Paris carrier (fabric). For one reason or another I don't really love any of these bags which was how I stumbled upon the Lucy's Lux products. The Mollie is perfect-the best mix of quality and function. I feel like I am carrying an expensive bag.......you can really tell the designer/company owner has a passion for her products!
