I found the perfect soft collar I have been looking for on Etsy.com. Etsy is a website where people post their handmade goods. I was introduced to it looking at Ivy's mom's carriers. I could browse all day.
There are alot of dog collars. This lady custom made me one. I wanted it to be cat size 1/2 inch , but not breakaway clasp. She had that size clasp. She is ever so reasonable. Part of her profit goes to rescue too.

Poor Pippa, her nylon lupine collar rubbed her raw under her neck. I am so upset at myself for not noticing and letting it happen.
Hoping a nice cotton one with no rough edges will be better. She has no hair there to protect her. It worries me horribly when she isn't wearing id tag.

Man, I JUST got Martini a new collar too. My fiancee won't let me get her another one so soon. Guess we're just gonna have to wear this one out so she can get a new one...lol. That site has cute stuff and good prices, too. Wish I would have seen it before I broke down and got her collar at Pet Supplies Plus. I hate that store, but her other collar needed replaced badly.

I just bought Pippa another of these collars. I really do love them. They don't rub at all. I do think the cotton fabric fades a little over time which is to be expected with cotton. We just bought a nice bright green one. It looks too cute. I could totally be buying ones in all different colors.
