Default Bicycle carrier for Chi?

Anyone have one or any experience with one? I'm looking at these two:

Thanks in advance!

me and the bf were going to get something like that but then we figured all the weight will be on the handles...u lose control of the handles...down goes the bike and the chi so we're getting a trailer with wheels from someone soon enough

I went for a kiddie trailer with wheels, my 5 year old sits in it with the dogs, but of course you could easily fix the dogs in securely

I think she'd be fine in that basket. A person crashed and the dog was perfectly fine. She weighs a small amount. I would way rather have her in the basket then get one of those things behind me for a 2 lb. dog. JMO. I might just get that myself for the two "littles".

Thanks Robin! I was also looking at strollers. Bandit really can't do more than a mile or so now and they have a stroller that can carry a 60lb dog! It even has a step that she could get into it on. Haha can you just see me walking down the street with a Wolfhound and a Viszla on lead and a heeler and a chi in a stroller!?!

Okay, I am laughing out loud right now. I would pay good money to see that. If you do that, you must take a picture, that will make my whole day!!!

I saw two people today with those big strollers and they totally look reliable. He deserves to walk too, right? He'd probably love the stroller ride.

Bandit loves to go for walks but she pays the price later. I give her aspirin which she hates! She would probably love the stroller. You should have seen us the other day in the hailstorm. Lily in her backpack crying because she was getting wet and the other 3 trying to avoid the hail! A local church let me into their entry way, wet muddy dogs and all, until Dean came to get us. What a sight we were!
