The only entry that you MUST do is follow me publicly. The little side bar that says, "Followers" you have follow me on that thing. It's through your google account. If you don't have one it's easy to set up. I'm noticing a lot of people are overlooking that part of the rules lol.

I DO ship out of the US the customer just has to give me shipping details and get price estimate on their shipping.
I CAN'T do out of US shipping on contests/giveaways though because the cost to ship outside the US is just crazy . If I could find a way to ship that wasn't costing me more than I spent on ingredients then I would happily include the entire world lol.
