It seems to be holding up great, my main problem is that if it even wares a little bit the number is not going to be readable and the tag will be useless. That was my only worry when I got it but now months later it is still in great shape. Remember though I havnt seen rain since I moved here. Nothing rusts out here like it did up north. We have no snow, no salt, no rain and no humidity. All we get are dust storms and I think those just sandblast rust off

I also don't use that tag/collar combo for wilderness trips usually, I use a collar I made out of parachord that I made and a tag from petco. I was just thinking of ordering another tag from the mad stampers for that one but I'm going to see how these hold up first. It is too bad about your tag

it must be the weather and the amount of time you guys spend outside, but still dissapointing when things like that don't hold up.
