Guess I should start by telling you all how I got him right...lol.

Well Dec. 11, 2004 I went looking at the Humane's Society for a small dog. Saw one I liked but that one was already adopted so my sisterinlaw and I went back in to see what we could find. As I was walking pass the kennels I heard her squeal. Looking down I saw 5 very very cute Chihuahua mix puppies that were only 8 weeks old. So as we were cooing over them the counselor who was helping me before walks up and askes if I see anything I like. Oh course I wasn't sure but one little puppy did catch my eye.

He was picking on the rest of them trying to get to the cage door for some "loving". So I asked the couselor if I could see him. She said sure and pulled him out. As we were finishing up the adoption papers I noticed that I was missing my relator's information on their pet policy. So I asked her if she could hold him for me. She said yes and I hurried out to get a copy of the policy.

To make a long story short my sisterinlaw and I ended up wasting half a day shopping to run around getting what I needed to adopt my precious little RAZ who was named Dradel at the time.

Spend all the night trying to find a name for him but that came to me today after watching him being a little rascal to the other puppies.

Dec. 12th, 2004 I get a call around 3pm telling me that my puppy was ready to go home so I made an appointment to pick him up at 4:30pm. I walked out of the Humane's Society with a brand new baby boy, leash/collar, tag and dog food.

Well during his first day out RAZ got to meet Lucy, my brother's dalmation.

I was curious to how he'd react but they both kept sniffing each other like crazy and he even marked his territory.

Lucy, who is a dalmation, did scare him because he tried to bare his teeth at her through all his crying.

When we were ready to leave though he gave Lucy a nice kiss/nip on the leg as he ran out of the room.

Well today Raz decided to get really really bold with our black cat Chocolate.

He's totally afraid of Kitty Kitty because she swipes at him when she hisses but Chocolate runs.

Any way, today Raz decided to try to sneak up on Chocolate and when she started to run he chased her around the coffee table. Chocolate stopped to hiss at him thinking he'd run away and leave her be after the third time around the coffee table. But much to her suprise Raz barked at her and continued forward.

She then took off running for cover up on the Pete's computer desk behind the speakers. Only to end up looking down on a very excited puppy who finally learned that if he stands up to her he will win every time.

December 15th, 2004 was the day Raz took his first walk outside.

Called the vet during the day to ask if it was okay since he still needs a few shots and she said it was fine.

So we grabbed his collar and leash, put him in my husband's arms and took off towards hubby's work to show him off.

As we walked the way there we kept Raz up off the ground but eventually the puppy got over his first few fears and wanted down. So we let him down and I walked behind him as he chased my husband's feet along the side walk. But after a few blocks it was all to much for the poor little guy as the cars zoomed by and all the people walked by.

He started to cry and climb my leg so I picked him up and carried him the rest of the way. After getting to our destination we found out that a party was taking place so we sneaked back out the way we came so as not to disturb anything.

That was it, Raz got his courage back and started to squirm and cry. He wanted down to explore the new surroundings. So we walked him down Ocean Drive, getting stopped every few feet by people who wanted to "see the cutest puppy in the world" and for him to try to chase a few more people's feet because he was getting a little confused on who to follow.

By the time we stopped to get something to eat Raz so soo tired and frustrated with having to stay on a leash along with fight the wind that he just cried and cried.

So my hubby took my order for my dinner and sent me on my way home with the little guy, who shook and shivered all the way to the front door. We sat down on the porch and waited for my husband who came as fast as he could to open the door.

Then after a feeding and meeting a new person Raz decided that it was enough and headed off to his crate for the night.

Well I did fine until i saw that big doggy trying to play with me. He scared the crap out of me so I piddled....mommy got mad and embarrassed but I didn't care. When you have to go you have to go.

After waiting for what seemed forever mommy took me into see this room that smelled really funny and place me on a shiny table....which I almost fell off of because mommy moved before I was ready.

Any way, this lady was in there and she took me away from mommy to see how much I wieghed. Then there was mommy again waiting for me but she didn't listen when I told her I didn't wanna be here. She ignored my crying and started talking to another lady that smelled very sweet.

That lady looked me over from head to toe and told mommy some advice that she thinks would help mommy with training me. After that we went back out into the lobby and there were more big doggies so I stayed around mommy's feet because they scared me. Then it was back to the car and my little home for another ride to see my friend Lucy.

Lucy was so excited to see me.....she kept jumping mommy to get to me. Yep you got it she scared me but I quickly got over that fear. Then mommy and auntie K. took us back into the car. Me in my home and Lucy riding along with me so I could see her. I kind of fell asleep and next thing I knew mommy was calling my name to get me out of my home.

She picked me up and started walking with me. As we entered another building I saw SANTA! and begged mommy for a picture with him....which she did. Then she let a mean old lady cut my nails and I made such a fuzz trying to tell mommy I didn't like it. Mommy didn't listen so i had to nip her to show her.....she got made and scolded me in front of Lucy, who laughed at me!

Then we went past Santa again and Lucy wanted her picture done....so when she got her picture mommy showed me off to a few people who made me feel sooo adorable. Then it's off to the floor and trying not to get stepped on by the giants.

Mommy and Lucy made sure they watched their step but they stopped me ever few feet to pet me and coe at me.

Made me feel like I was back in that stupid cage mommy rescued me from. The all of a sudden that were miles upon miles of toys!

Mommy bought me two of them and then we helped Lucy pick out a new leash.....checked out......got coooed over again and off to my home for another ride. I don't know where we went because i fell asleep again but I do know Lucy was sitting on top of mommy last time i looked.

The last place we stopped was a great smelling place that had all kinds of treats for mommy to buy me. I was scared to try a few but then Lucy started to try it so I it was time for me to get the courage and try it. YUMMIES! Hope mommy got me some.

Then off to Lucy's home so we can play....even met her next store nieghbors...sweet kids but two are afraid of little ol' me. Then indoors, after using the bathroom, to play with Lucy.....who was being a little brat.

She kept 'mothering' me to much and stepping on me!

But I showed her....I nipped her nose and ran.....mommy and auntie K. protected me from her for a while but boy does she hurt when she gets to excited....I know she sat on me on accident but COME ON! Look before you sit!

Then we ate, I used the potty one more time, fell asleep on lucy's cushion then it was off home to have a bath.....my first one so I made sure to cry alot because I was scared. Then it was potty time again and nappy time.

BOY WAS THIS DAY FILLED WITH SCARY AND EXCITING EXPERIANCES!
