Default Hello!

I'm new to this site but not to Chihuahuas. I currently have four, Sunshine, Buddy Bear, Jr and Jojo.
My main thing I want to get covered right now, hopefully someone can help.
My girl dog, Sunshine is the oldest Chi I own. She's about 7 (roughly)
She sleeps in her crate on her bed right next to my bed in my bedroom. I have noticed every morning she "asks" to get out earlier than the day before seems to get work as today she woke me up before 5:30am She's never done this before. I thought of having to use the bathroom but she'll settle down on her own again.
Any ideas?

Just to clarify, she is getting up earlier and earlier each day, but does not seem to need to use the bathroom that early? How long has this been going on? Is there any way she could be uncomfortable for some reason?

It really does not seem like it because she'll settle down after a while. I even took her outside later on and didn't pee quickly. When she really has to pee. She'll walk outside and quickly pee. And this morning she didn't do that.
I really don't think she is uncomfortable.
Jr is usually the one who wakes me up every morning but she is waking up way earlier than he is.
It started Monday.
I'll keep an extra eye on her

Is there by any possible chance it could just be that she is just getting older? I know her being a small breed they age slower and she probably isn't considered a senior (is she?)

I don't know what would cause this exactly, but keeping an eye on it and contacting the vet if it continues more than a couple weeks is probably a good course of action.

I wonder if this is starting a habit? I think I'd just tell her 'go to bed' and not get up. She is getting attention by waking up early. Saying this, I'd take her in for a check up at the vets first to make sure that there is nothing wrong. Better be safe than sorry.

This is what I'm thinking! Especially having a lot of time because I'm being woken up so early, lol.
I noticed that she'll only start as soon as she sees me move, as in turn my head or move my arm. This morning I woke up and only opened my eyes and laid still. She didn't even make a peep as soon as I moved she had started. I'm thinking it could be a habit.
But I found urine on the outside of her kennel on the floor. She's not peeing in the morning but she might be doing it at night or during the day. She gets left in at noon and get lets out at 5:30 ish. I know she's a small breed but she is getting older. I wonder if shes having trouble holding her pee for that long. I'm going to have the person who puts her in at noon put her on a dog diaper. And when I get home I'll see if she pees on herself (not literally)
If she does would it be "mean/cruel" to leave her on a a dog diaper between noon and until I get home. I'd be able to continue her dog diapers for as long as she needs it. If it's not that then I'll have to leave her out between those times and I don't want to do that to her. And the person who switches (my dogs don't get along with each other) my dogs can only do it once. Now of course that's the worst scenario.
But if it's not that then I truly believe it has become a habit, a bad one.

PLEASE take this pup to the vet. If this is a 'new' happening (urine outside her kennel) she well have a urinary tract infection. I don't know what you mean when you mention a diaper. IF you mean a pee pad down, then that's OK. But to leave a house trained dog in a diaper just seems wrong to me. I have an Iris Pen and put down a washable human bed pad in their pen. That way they can 'go' during the night, and everything is OK.
