I have only been on here a few weeks but I was wondering how and where you make the lovely signature photos that many seem to have with their Chi's pic & Name in them?

You can make them. Many people use photoshop and digital scrap kits.

If you don't know how to make them, once you reach 75 posts you can request one and the very talented members will make you one.
