Hi everyone,

I've joined chihuahua-people because I am hoping to get a chihuahua sometime next year. I have been looking into good breeders and met two that I really like and share my "dog views in nutrition and natural rearing". I am very happy with these two breeders. My only dilemma is that I already have a 5 year old pomeranian and met a rescue pom recently who I want to adopt.... We are ready for a second dog we will definitely get one more dog.
Now the big question is do you guys think I should adopt this pom who I've falling for and also get the chihuahua next year that I've been dreaming of having for a while?
I live with my brother we have time for our dog and never have children visit. We just never had multiple dogs but have babysat small dogs for a friend.

I would love it if you guys could share some insights and your experiences with having 3 small dogs.

I wouldn't think that far into the future as anything can happen!! If you really want the pom, I say go for it! When next year comes & you feel your ready for a chi, then worry about it then. BTW: Welcome to CP!! Can't wait to see pics.

Thank you! I will definitely adopt the pom she's really sweet and we would love to give her a great home. I will see how it goes with two before adding a chi. I'm having some issues posting pics at the moment lol.
