Evelyn: having a feeding schedule sure does help a bunch in potty training. Jazz is only pee pee pad trained as she is too young to go outside (plus getting cold out) but when the time comes i'm sure it's going to be way easier to train her.

Welcome to the forum, Megan! Glad to have you as a member. My names Kat and I'm a chi-aholic and rescue advocate!! My most recent addition Eden came from a puppy mill in WI, but not an Amish one. I actually know of 2 Amish puppy mills in Wisconsin, as I used to help foster Chinese Cresteds that had gotten pulled; at least one is closed now. Glad that she is healthy and kudos for your interest in raw! If you do a search you can find "~Kat's Prey Model Raw Cheat Sheet~" in the Raw Feeding section; I went into a lot of detail but tried making it an easy read. It's got a meal plan, too; so I try to share it with any newbie to the raw world. I look forward to getting to know you and Jazz!!

Thanks Kat! I took a look at your raw sheet and its very informative (I had to bookmark it). I was a little scared when I heard she came from an Amish breeder, knowing that they run mills, but she seems very healthy and is playful so i'm hoping she stays that way for a long lonv time
