You can buy dewormer at any Local Feed and Seed or pet store. They do make all in one's that do treat all types. As far as a vet I would look around I am sure you can get him in sooner somewhere else.

This poor dog is INFESTED with them. To 'poop' worms is really nasty. I would be calling every vet in town to be seen MUCH sooner than 2 weeks. The worms can make him very anemic, and could possibly kill the dog.

Poor thing. I would think that if you explained just how bad the situation is to the vet clinic that they would be able to squeeze you in, or someone would be willing to see the little guy asap.

Get some Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth! I can not stress enough how good for us that stuff is.

Do not buy Pool Grade! It is treated differently and not for consumption.

"Diatomaceous Earth (DE) has been reported to absorb methyl mercury, E. coli, endotoxins, viruses (including poliovirus), organophosphate pesticide residues, and drug residues. DE is a natural organic colon cleanser and detoxifier. This cleansing and detoxification alone has a myriad of positive effects in the human body. Mechanisms are cited on "How DE Works" page. Adding to this is the widespread deficiency in human dietary sources of what is called "the most important trace element in human health" - Silica, and how rich DE is in this substance, we begin to understand the basis of the health benefits that so many have attested to. Only a trace amount of the DE silica is absorbed into the blood stream, and just that amount is a substantial gain for the user."

My 4yr old daughter has been diagnosed with autism. She was completely nonverbal, and once we started giving this to her (and taking it ourselves, and giving it to our pets) she started talking.
One of our foster dogs had worms, not anywhere near as bad as you described, but he had them. You could see one or two in her poop and it really freaked me out. I upped her dose of D.E. and all traces of worms were gone by the next vet check, and we had a stool sample to prove to the vet that she did indeed have them.

I'm in no way as well informed as a doctor, but this stuff is amazing. We've used two different brands and they work just the same. I recommend giving it to your pets (dosage is 2% of their food, put it in their food), and taking it yourself and for your children. My kids get a level teaspoon every morning in their strawberry milk, and my husband and I are now taking 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 tablespoon at night. You have to start slowly, like a half a teaspoon for two days, then a whole teaspoon for two days, then a tablespoon for three days, then after a week take one in the morning and one at night.
I was afraid to give it to my kids so I tested it on myself first, and saw no different except bowl movements were easier, lol. But when my daughter started talking out of absolutely nowhere, I was in tears.
