Sherrie, is there a chance your tiny pup has hydro?
Maybe it's just the pic, I'm not sure.
This was actually my first thought as well, something looks off about the size of his head and the placement of his eyes and I think dad has more of a deer head than an apple head as his muzzle is longer. The pup is super cute though, just be very careful.
