My puppies were 4oz at birth I hope it's not real

My baby boy Ruffio was 5oz when I got him at 6 weeks old. He was the tiniest thing I had ever seen, he was so much smaller in person then in the picture in his ad. I bought him from a lady off craigslist, who claimed he would be 2 pounds full grown. He is now 8 months old and around 6 pounds!
