If you're interested in learning about Raw Diet at all, you can search for "Kat's Prey Model Cheat Sheet" in the Food section; I tried to target it for raw beginners as I also foster small dogs and give it out with any adopted dog.

Welcome to the forum. I just got my first Chi-he is a little boy one day older than yours. His ears had been up steadily until last week when one went down and I was worried also, but after two days it was perky again. It's quite an adventure having a baby Chi around isn't it.
