well i finally got my black pom puppy
her name is holly
10 weeks old.
i know the head of the irish pom club,sean,
from way back and he put me on to her.
im delighted as my very first dog as an adult
was finn , i still carry his picture around.

I love Poms.
I've seen where they shave their body hair down in the summer time, they look like tiny lions.

Aww! What a great color for a Pom, I like black ones. Do Poms' fur keep growing like a Shih-Tzus or does it grow out to a certain length and stop? If it stops growing at a certain point, I'd consider getting one for myself in a few years time. I dislike having to groom my sister's Shih-Tzu all the time because her fur won't stop growing.
