My beautiful Cockatiel, Sparkle, passed on a couple of days ago.

We have no idea how old she was - She was another rescue of mine. She had just learnt to fly to me on command, and perch on my hand a few days before this...

She was perfectly fine in the morning - I let her out of the cage as usual and played with her for a while, but that afternoon she looked awful so called up the vet. We were told to keep her warm and keep syringing her sugar water to try and perk her up but within a couple of hours she'd passed away

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of Sparkle. I'm so glad that she had someone to rescue her, take her in, and love her for the remainder of her life. She was loved. RIP
