Goodbye Peanut the guinea pig..
Three years ago, my friend asked me if my kids could have a guinea pig. He'd been an oops birth, born in her home. Peanut rarely squealed. He loved his people and would cuddle on your lap all evening. He turned his nose up at yogurt treats, but ate all his veggies. He would race back and forth in his cage when he heard me approach. He never touched his salt lick, preferring to bury it in his fiber bedding (wood chips were immediately tossed). He didnt care for our other fur babies, so he got his own room. Goodbye little buddy.
