Sadly two days ago my little chi girls daddy was brutally attack and killed by the other chi'sliving at the residents. My chi looks just like her daddy :,( R.I.P Harry bear ^°^ Muuuah! Kisses baby boy.

I am so sorry. Rest in peace Harry. There are so many loved ones from this forum that are where you are and they will guide you
and show you the ropes. Say a big hi from us, and that we miss them dearly, but Harry after that go and have fun.

I am so sorry, Kaelynn! What a tragedy. =( I never talk about it because it breaks my heart, but in my earliest fostering days I was naive and left two rescues together at night. I was told they had lived together and figured it would bring them comfort so didn't want to separate them; but my first taste of rescue was through a very shady operation that I regret ever being involved in. The dogs came with a whole bunch of other lies too about their history and where they came from. One killed the other overnight. Traumatized me and it was a good year before I had the courage to start over again independently. I feel your pain. <3
