Glory ate her first fully raw meaty chicken thigh w/ bone today, and I couldn't be more proud! This is a dog that has previously always turned her nose up at raw or would eat it if it was seared. She made her momma proud!
Pics!
And a couple vids!
While there was still meat on the bone...
Chowing down on the raw bone, in the last part she actually got the bone stuck in her top teeth. I couldn't stop laughing! But I was nice and stopped the vid and popped the bone out and she took and chewed it up without incident.
So proud of Glory!!!

Loved loved loved this video of the husky, Dakota! He was so relaxed and enjoying every crunch! What a perfect eater he is! Most doggies wolf it down! Including my Maltese, Jilly!

Thanks for bumping this Mary I hadn't seen it before but managed to get thru the whole thread.
Wow is all I can say, I was so proud of doing the raw thing, filled with pride everytime I look at their gleaming coats, sparkling eyes, fresh breath, tiny stools and energy levels.
Getting to the "game" bit made this 'ol farm gal completely squeamish though, and alls I can say is you are one very, very brave bunch of women - there'll never be any beaks, teeth, eyes, entrails or tails to be seen in this household, ooooh no, I'm afraid hell would have to freeze over first!

LMAO Tracy, I consider YOU the personal saviour of my babies, the one person on the planet who made enough sense to give me cause to try out this cockamamey raw food stuff - they're currently outside on the deck gnawing away on their breakfast sending up silent prayers of thanks for "Aunty Tracy in USA", just as they do when I announce another parcel has arrived from "Aunty Elaine in USA".
HOWEVER, let's not taint that relationship and have me suffering nightmares of those angelic little faces with hideous bird toenails or vermin tails protruding from their exquisite tiny snouts as such an event would undoubtedly lead to me being committed to an asylum. A stolen lick on the face, or anywhere for that matter, after such an event would see me having a complete meltdown.

Tracy,
Have you seen the video of the little Pom with the pig head? OMG, I loved it. I will go see if I can find it and post it.
