Default anyone here read Thao?

I am thinking of going 100% raw for my little angles. I want to get a variety of different meats and found an Asian market near our new house. ALOT of the website is in Thai language.
Thao Market

There is the link to the meat they offer.if anyone can help with other than the chicken and turkey, lol. does it look like they have organs?
I will probably go there after we move, but I just want to be prepaired, ya know?
Thanks to whoever can help with this.

Its owned by hmong people. Thao is a hmong last name. Im hmong and i have lived in mn for 1yr 1/2. There is a lot hmong/asian stores there. For some reason the words are in loas and i think viet, no thai or hmong words. But i am sure that they sell organs, any asain market that sells raw meat will always have organs, intestines, tripe, brain, you get the picture lol.

Thank you so much!
Where in Minnesota are you? I have been here all my life. We are moving up to sartell in the next couple weeks. Right now I live a long way from anything, moving to a place that has everything! I am kind of excited.
